Unexpected beauty

The challenge was to ensure the production of e-commerce communication media for the European zone, while taking into account dozens of daily requests from the 8 countries, handling the increased workload linked to the highlights of sales events throughout the year, and guaranteeing overall consistency and a premium level of graphic quality. To achieve this, a dedicated studio of a dozen employees was set up, with direct links to the various central and local requesters. Processes and workflows were optimized, and productivity is monitored on a daily basis.
